My name is Jessica and I'm the founder of The Mindfull Mentor. I'm a middle and high school teacher who has noticed the lack of life skills being taught in traditional educational settings and the negative effect that it is having on teens. I started The Mindfull Mentor as a way to help bridge that gap for them. Although not the traditional spelling of mindful, our motto is "When your MIND is FULL, we help you be more mindful."

At The Mindfull Mentor, I help teens ages 13-18 through this challenging time in their lives, and give them the tools they need to navigate adolescence and all that it throws at them. We teach the skills that aren't taught in school, to help today's teens become tomorrow's more compassionate, resilient, peaceful, emotionally strong, friendly, brave, loving, caring, kind, helpful, amazing adults.
