I’m Kim, and I’m a friend you simply haven’t met yet.

I grew up in Atlanta and coin myself a “swammer”, formerly competing for an NCAA Division I university. After I retired from swimming in college, I struggled with who I was and what I wanted to do in my life after having only known swimming since the age of five.

My identity crisis spiraled me into a dark depression as I couldn’t grasp how to unravel 15 years of identity formation around “being an athlete”. I did the inner work to become my true self without needing labels to define me, and I’m helping other athletes achieve their own personal life desires.
