Hi I am Lorna Third, Co-founder of Live Life Education.
I previously worked in Corporate Business for 30 years, holding several successful, results driven, leadership roles, before retraining at the age of 48 years, to follow another passion of mine- to become a Personal Trainer, Health, Fitness & Lifestyle Coach as well as a Tutor and Business Coach to Personal Trainers.

Meet Darren Tebbenham.
So, he has been a Coach and Educator
His master's degree is in sport psychology. He became a University lecturer in Liverpool, and for three years teaching sport and exercise psychology.
During this time his PhD was in Motivational Interviewing in Cardiac Rehabilitation until he quit to become a Personal Trainer (PT) and Coach in London, at the Langham Hilton in Regent Street and at Vision Personal Training in Sydney, Australia, living in Australia for 4 years. Before running his own fitness studio and mobile PT business in Spain.
During his time as PT, he has delivered coaching sessions in both a hospital setting as well as in GP referral, whilst also helping those struggling with their weight, health and fitness to take back control and show up better in all areas of their life as their best version of themselves.
He is also a business owner and business coach. He founded the European Institute of Fitness in 2005, which has since turned over more than £10 million in revenue and has graduates across 6 continents and in more than 30 countries around the world. There are schools in the UK, the Maldives and the Middle East offering a bespoke program of education to bridge the gap between life coaching and personal training.
