Touch-type Read and Spell started in 1992. This is a multi-sensory course that teaches touch-typing skills to help children and adults improve their reading and spelling. Their goal is to develop literacy skills, confidence, self-esteem, and motivation and uses word lists based on the textbook Alpha to Omega.
With a highly structured yet flexible approach, this is a high-rated course with many awards such as the 2018 BETT Awards Finalist, ERA 2017 Winner - Special Education Resource or Winner of the Business Excellence Awards 2014.

Computer Keyboard Skills
In this course, the learner will be shown keys introduced sequentially following a phonics program. In addition, in order to follow the pace of the learner, small, incremental steps and the method of multi-sensory learning are delivered, which students see, hear and type each word
Reading - Writing - Spelling
Here, learners are offered the phonics program supporting decoding skills in reading. Accordingly, repetition, free-writing, and dictation exercises help to develop writing fluency. Muscle-memory in the fingers used as a spelling aid
Learners at Touch-type Read and Spell will practice with structured wordlists based on the book 'Alpha to Omega'. In this book, the approach of Orton - Gillingham will support learner to read and spell with sight words, uppercase letters, punctuation and whole sentences.
