5 Reasons Why We Should Stop Blaming Teachers for Student’s Failures

Teachers adjust to several situations which are imposed upon them and carry on their life journey to make the world the best place through education. The classroom setting is the contemplation of the community. Society is now changing with time and so has the classroom. Reasons for single differences in reading and numeracy development have probably been allocating to environmental factors.

Stop Blaming Teachers:

The trend of blaming teachers has become worse nowadays, where test scores are released to the public through the newspaper and when the educational leaders become firing the teachers to cover up system failures. Teachers are blamed for student’s failures, the behavior of their students and as the ultimate reason, the education system is falling.

Out of love for the truth and from a want to interpret it, I aspire to correct misbelieve entrench in the minds of compassionate stakeholders in our education system. Whenever the result of the students released, we very quickly acknowledge high-fliers and with a similar zest, blame teachers whose students didn't perform. This way of attack is the deceitful console to administrators and the parents who hold themselves austere from all their responsibilities and looking at it from the distance, judge with excellent severity.

Current State Public Education:

Teachers are not to blame for the current state of public education involved with educational reformers. Despite all of the expressions of school districts being filled with bad teachers, the reality is that most of the bad teachers leave the school early through the 'weeding out' processor are not able to handle the pressure. Rather than that schools and districts overall are failing the students.

School is responsible to set up systems and bureaucracies that forever hinder what a teacher can do in the classroom with 30 plus students who all read below grade level? Additionally, if half of the population has an IEP then it will take the teacher to take double time to teach one lesson.

Nature v Nurture:

Some children first learn to read through traditional instruction that starts in kindergarten or first grade. But they differ in how well and rapidly they learn across the first and successive years of instruction. Same like that, differences in numeracy appear early in school and carry on throughout. Some students just aren't cut out for school. It doesn't matter how good teachers they have or how much they are motivated by their elders. Some children just ne'er do wells.

Parents are the first line of defense and they have a big responsibility for building an environment where learning and educating is not just enforced but made entertaining. It is not enough to simply send your child to school and hope that teachers motivate them to care about their future because actually, this is also their job

Education Turns into Business:

Our national focus on education is now turning into business with no input from their workers. Teachers are treating like laborers and students are the commodities. The K-12 educational system is a huge business, and the person who worked for the huge business already knows that the worker bees are always the one to blame, although it is the administration that is responsible for making the decisions that decide the success or the failure.

The worker bees are purely doing what they are instructed. In our education system, teachers are worker bees, and it is just as ridiculous to blame them for the failure of students as it is to blame employees for the business failures. The fault lies at the top where the decisions that make the great impact are being made.

Unfair to Judge a Teacher's Worth from a three-Hour Exam:

This is very unfair to judge the abilities of a teacher from a three-hour exam that a student sits at the end of three or six years of faithful teaching. The considerable size of the content domain that the exam represents constitutes actual problems even for the creators of such exams because if a test covered with all the knowledge and abilities in the domain, it would be far too long.

While such exams develop hard data that can express teachers where students have to improve their performance, they tend to measure information, aptitudes, and abilities that are not indicative of the student's understanding. While the student needs a base of pure knowledge to understand the topic, focusing just on that knowledge is not intellectually good in the long term.

Students Health Issues During Exams:

It is not very hard to prove by an assembly of facts that many factors are involved in the results despite the teaching. The students' physical, psychological, and emotional well-being during the exam is analytic. The inter-Related Role of Health Issues and Educational Context discloses the fact that emotional distress leads to certain failure. What this implicit is that most of the students in the study reveal that they were more probably to miss school.

Experience trouble focuses on school work, and feel that they are not connected from adults in school whenever they were emotionally stressed. All these factors disrupted their school performance. Given the struggles youngsters must deal with, you will accept the similarity of this spectacle.
